This session will begin by explaining what is a wellness program, what items should be included in the benefit, what does the participant experience and go through, and what type of results (return on investment) can groups anticipate. It will then discuss various ways for producers, carriers, and plan administrators to sell and implement a wellness program to groups of all sizes, and conclude by explaining how a wellness program can be embedded into other items".
