Rising workplace stress is increasing healthcare costs and lowering productivity.  Mindfulness is quickly becoming an effective and inexpensive way to reduce workplace tension.  Companies like Google, Quaker Oats and Aetna - among others - have embraced mindfulness as an important practice.  Employees who practice mindfulness report decreased stress, increased communication, improved collaboration and enhanced creativity.  What is mindfulness? What research exists? How do I do it?  Why should I consider implementing a mindfulness program at my location?
