Hotel Accommodations

Be sure to book your hotel rooms now! SourceMedia has reserved a block of rooms at the Hyatt Regency Dallas. To make your reservations call the hotel directly at 214-651-1234 and ask for the Benefits Forum/SourceMedia room block. You may also book your reservation online by clicking here. Rooms are available on a first come, first served basis. The cut-off date to receive the discounted group rate is August 26, 2011. After this date, rooms and rates will be based on availability.

Freeman will accept crated, boxed, or skidded materials beginning Wednesday August 24, 2011 at the above address. To avoid "AFTER DEADLINE" charges, materials must arrive by September 21, 2011. Late charges will apply to shipments arriving after this date.

Freeman will accept shipments directly at the Hyatt Regency Dallas Reunion beginning Saturday, September 24, 2011 beginning at 8:00 am.
