Exhibitor Services Order Forms
Freeman is the official decorating company for Workplace Benefits Mania 2017. All services should be placed at least four weeks prior to the conference. Please refer to the FREEMAN EXHIBITOR KIT. Chairs/table are not included with your booth; all booth furnishings MUST be ordered through Freeman.

Below are our dedicated hall hours. The exhibit hall will remain open while attendees are in session, resulting in light traffic. Although it is not required to have a staff member at your booth during the non-dedicated hours, please use your discretion. The exhibit hall hours are subject to revision at any time.

To register your staff for the conference, complete the online Staff Registration Form below. Please refer to your sponsorship agreement for the number of complimentary staff passes allotted to your company. Each staff registration that exceeds the comp allotment will be charged the $245 exhibitor/sponsor upgrade rate. Register your team by Friday, June 23, 2017.
PLEASE NOTE: When you are entering in the registration information you will have to create a new login for each staff member. Unfortunately the system won't allow multiple registrations so you will have to log on again to enter another staff member.
Be sure to book your hotel rooms now! SourceMedia has reserved a block of rooms at the Encore Las Vegas at a special discounted room rate of $169/night Single | $219/night Double (taxes and resort fees are not included in rate and will be additional).
To secure a room, contact the hotel's reservations department at (866) 770-7555 or and refer to the Workplace Benefits Mania room block. Rooms are available on a first come, first served basis. The cut-off date to receive the discounted group rate is Friday, June 30, 2017. After this date, rooms and rates will be based on availability.
