6/30/2014 Freeman Warehouse Opens - Warehouse will begin accepting crated, boxed or skidded materials. Please note: Due to limited material handling services at the Wynn Las Vegas, all exhibitor freight should be sent to the Freeman warehouse.
7/7/2014 Staff Registration forms due - Our registration system does not allow multiple registrations at once. You must register each staff member individually. Please be sure to register your team prior to the deadline for proper printing in the Conference Show Guide.
7/8/2014 Freeman Discount Price Deadline - For the discount prices to be in effect, your order must be received by the Discount Deadline Date and payment must accompany your order. Orders received after the Discount Deadline Date or made at the Exhibitor Service Desk during the show will be billed at the “standard” prices listed on the various forms.
7/22/2014 Freeman warehouse shipping ends - Materials arriving after this date will be subject to an an additional after deadline charge.

Exhibitor Staff Registration

PLEASE NOTE: When you are entering in the registration information you will have to create a new login for each staff member. When they ask you to log in DO NOT enter in your information if you are not going, enter in the information of the staff member who will be attending the conference. Unfortunately the system won't allow multiple registrations so you will have to log on again to enter another staff member.
