Daniel McNeill is a National Sales Executive and Regional Sales Manager with Beazley Accident & Health.
In this role, he serves as a sales leader, trainer, and innovator, helping brokers deliver solutions to employer customers. As customers migrate to high deductible health plans and seek other cost savings solutions, Dan provides expertise in the area of gap protection products, such as Supplemental Medical.
Dan has nearly 25 years in sales management in the health insurance and employee benefits industry. His experience includes working as a broker, selling direct to consumers, and serving brokers and employers from the carrier side. In each role, he has been dedicated and creative in his efforts to help brokers retain and grow their book of business, while delivering compelling employee benefit solutions – both employer paid and voluntary – that meet customer needs.
As an expert in insurance trends, voluntary benefits and gap protection, Dan is frequently called upon to provide training to agents, brokers and consultants. Audiences appreciate his extensive knowledge, energetic presentation style – as well as his sense of humor.
Dan attended The University of Akron and is a dedicated lifelong learner who regularly attends insurance training conferences where he is well known and respected by his colleagues.
In his spare time, Dan is married to his awesome wife, Lisa. He is a devoted father to 11 children, a volunteer in his church and an active member of his local community.
