Nick has over 14 years in sales, distribution and marketing strategy development, management, training and business leadership. Most recently, Nick brought LifeLock into the voluntary benefits market in 2007, built and ran that business, achieving 388% sales growth over his last two years at the helm. Nick has had direct leadership experience in the development of distribution, marketing, product and administrative strategies for the voluntary benefit marketplace.
With Eastbridge, Nick serves as the company’s Senior Consultant, helping clients enter the voluntary/worksite business, develop voluntary/worksite strategies, and working with them to improve their business results. Leveraging his experience with companies, from start-up through to maturity, Nick brings new perspectives to the voluntary benefits market.

Nick has degrees in Business and Communication from the University of Arizona. He lives in Phoenix AZ with his wife and 2 young boys.
